      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;I have schedule the Talend job on windows and keep showing running.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;I know it is giving Java error but I couldn't able to understand why job in Task scheduler is keep showing running.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;I am using TOS.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you are using the job for an enterprise customer, the recommendation will be to use Enterprise flavour of Talend where you will get scheduling modules from Talend itself.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Coming back to your query, you can use both schedulers (or even a third one other than from your list) as long as you have proper exit strategies in the script. Please also check whether you have added tDie component in the job to catch and raise the errors.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
