SaleForce integration Job Fail with exceptionCode='SERVER_UNAVAILABLE' xceptionMessage='Request timed out waiting for connection: [config 15,000ms, actual 15,001ms] ..'

One of our job process 200-500 source files and update sfdc. Once in awhile the job would fail with this error

2019-04-09 01:13:06;47b3Z0;47b3Z0;47b3Z0;PRODUCTION;JOB_09_Load_DATA;Default;6;Java Exception; tRunJob_2;java.lang.RuntimeException:Child job running failed. java.lang.RuntimeException: IOException: [UnexpectedErrorFault [ApiFault exceptionCode='SERVER_UNAVAILABLE' exceptionMessage='Request timed out waiting for connection: [config 15,000ms, actual 15,001ms] currentCheckoutReason=DBContext node=5 poolType=STANDARD DB Patching ongoing: false' extendedErrorDetails='{[0]}' ] ] ;1

But lately the job fail more frequently, close to once a week.

Any recommendation on how to resolve the issue would be appreciate.
