Usage of BAPI_PO_CHANGE

Hi, we are using talend v5.6.1 and we want to use the sap BAPI_PO_CHANGE to change purchase orders.
We have no problem to change header information (structures) but at the moment that we want to use (for example the poitem which is a table) it doesn't work anymore.
I've imported the tables BAPIMEPOITEM and BAPIMEPOITEMX which are 2 tables used by BAPI_PO_CHANGE to use them as structure to fill the bapi.
First problem i have is the BIG INTEGER field what becomes an object. I've changed it in INTEGER.
When importing the BAPI_PO_CHANGE most of the fields are renamed with a number at the end i had to change them all manually.
Is there somebody who has already used the BAPI_PO_CHANGE and who can send me an example or explain how to use it ?

Hi,
Are you using TalendHelpCenter:tSAPBapi which is used to connect to an SAP server and calls a BAPI function to extract data from the SAP server?
