tSalesforceOutputBulkExe Failed to connect Proxy?

Hello everybody,
at the moment we are trying to do the data integration for our salesforce instance with talend.
I configured the proxy settings in Talend, and the connection with Salesforce worked, as well. (With http proxy in the connection)
My question now is:
We are getting always, while executing the job, an error, with followeing

 connecting to socket on port 3621
 connected
Exception in component tSalesforceOutputBulkExec_1_tSBE
com.sforce.ws.ConnectionException: Failed to send request to 
	at com.sforce.ws.transport.SoapConnection.send(SoapConnection.java:121)
	at com.sforce.soap.partner.PartnerConnection.login(PartnerConnection.java:1316)
	at com.sforce.soap.partner.PartnerConnection.<init>(PartnerConnection.java:406)
	at org.talend.salesforceBulk.SforceBasicBulkConnection.renewSession

I tried to configure the JRE with the proxy as well, and took the same settings, as I configured in talend.
The process still fails...
I also tried to configure the http proxy for the component as well, but there I only have the option to configure a socks proxy, not a http proxy.
Can you help me with this issue?

Does this issue repro on tSalesforceOutput? What does your whole work flow look like?
On which build version you got this issue?
