Data pipeline from S3 to tMap

I am trying to move some csv files from S3 buckets into a tMap component so I can adjust the data a little bit. When I use tS3Get, the data is saving locally; however, tFileInputDelimited only outputs a blank file in Talend so I cannot move it into tMap. Strangely, if I download the csv file locally to my computer and then create a metadata csv file in Talend, tFileInputDelimited works fine.
