tSCPPut error: Key Exchange was not finished, connection closed

When trying to copy the file to different server through tSCPPut, error generated.
"Key Exchange was not finished, connection closed".
When you using scp command it will ask you to accept key, how to set tSCPPut to do the same automatically?
