    <description>did define connection into metadata?
&lt;BR /&gt;in metadata there is no java string (you do not have to surround with ") when you use this metadata parameters are going to be convert to java string (surrounded with " ad using \ as escape char).
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;is ABC an instance of the db on the server? if yes keep server in server and insert ABC into database name

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have&amp;nbsp;tMSSqlOutput component&amp;nbsp; is not getting configured with server parameter value as "servername\ABC"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I server parameter values is servername then tMSSqlOutput component is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have 2 sql servers servername and servername\ABC&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please suggest how to use servername\ABC as value for server parameter in&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;tMSSqlOutput component ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
