Fails to generate a task

Hi all,
I'm new to TAC . i'm using 6.2.1 version TAC. And i have been facing this problem

Connection to generator failed(command line) take a look at the pictures attached.

As per the solutions provided above.
How can i stop the command line from the TAC?
can anyone guide me how to fix this issue step by step.

You can't stop the CommandLine from TAC. What's the error message if it fails to generate the job script?

Make sure the CommandLine is running now, and the commandline parameters are configured correctly in the configuration page, all fields should display green.

There are two command lines,
primary and secondary.
The fields in the primary command line is configured right, and all the feilds are green.
Where as the secondary command line has some errors like this

Is this causing the problem?

Hi
The Secondary commandline is a spare commandline, it will be used only when the first one is not available. Can you open the commandline tab in TAC menu and see which step has the error? Show us the detailed error information.

Hi shong,
So Secondary command line is like a spare one.
And i think every line in the command line had an error in it.

This is our first job, so please be patient if i'm doing any obvious mistake.

As i have errors in all the steps, where am i doing it wrong?

I have no clues on NPE error when it is trying to initialize a remote conneciton from commandline to TAC, maybe there is an issue on Commandline installation, can you please report a ticket on our support portal, our colleagues will follow up your problem and investigate it further, if needed, our colleauges will schedule a webex meeting and provide remote assistance.
