Talend - ELT Netezza - shuffle and mask

Hi,

I have experience in using Talend for Oracle ETL project where we have used masking and shuffling components.

Is there a similiar component for Netezza ELT - as the table has huge volume and we have got the requirement to mask the test data?

Kindly advice if it is possible to implement these techniques in ELT.

Did you try tDataMasking component to do the masking in this flow? What is the error you are getting?

Does the data have to be masked before processed by talend? Or do you want talend to perform masking and store in some other table?

You can do the data masking within Talend itself.

Hello,

The ELT components are having link as the connector and the shuffle and mask components expect rows as connector, and so these don't connect.

Is there a way to combine ELT component with ETL components for Netezza - tDataMasking and tDataShuffling?

(or)

Is it possible to use a buffered output as source and ELT output component for target?

(or)

Netezza is being used as Datawarehouse component and so the volume is huge(around 2 billion).

Could you suggest how to do masking and shuffling techniques here
