Do you use the custom log4j components shared on Talend Exchange or use the log4j feature configured in project settings panel?

i use custom log4j component and with that i also use log4j properties of project settings.

I use log4j.properties file on my Java frontend that calls my Talend job. That is how I setup log4j and I'd like to do the same on the Talend job backend.

How can I translate what I have in my log4j.properties file to the log4j XML file you have shown in the Talend job->Project Settings->Log4j?
