how to Loop Mappings from multiple loops elements(input) to One loop elements(output) in Talend Data Mapper?

when am trying to loops it accepts only first loop element and from second loop element, it is not looped.

please find the attached Screenshot of mappings for reference. and also find the input and output details attached .

Am uploading the Required Output format and our getting output while processing the input file.

it's some what urgent please respond anyone who is having the better Solution.
