SQLite statement is not executing

Hello
I am inserting data from access to SQLite. job is a sipme table to table, no lookups nothing
i recieve a error msg
unable to open database fileException in component tSQLiteOutput_1
java.sql.SQLException: statement is not executing

in row 63 code is

any suggestions on how to solve problem???

I solved the problem.
I removed the security on the access file
