Issue while installing component from exchange

Hi,

I have signed in to exchange from Talend Studio and downloaded tFileExcelComponents from available extensions. I can see them in downloaded extensions with install button right to that. When I click on install, the popup showing the status of downloading too. But after completion, I cannot see them in My Extensions or in Palette.

Can anyone help me out?

Hello,

Are you able to see the custom component tFileExcelComponents under "My purchase" on talend exchange portal? Is there any downloaded tFileExcel-10.3.zip file for you? Could you please try to use another browser to see if it is OK with you?

Facing the same. Tried to install tGoogleAnalyticsInput component through Exchange. I could see it in my purchases aslo but I cannot see in my palatte.
