      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's the best way to compare input and output.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been told to try MD5 method, I'm not sure how to achieve the same in talend.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me understand and sample job will surely help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to record all the jobs that run on talend, the count on the source, target and status of the jobs.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;It's more of audit table.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;Want to know how to achieve the same.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
