I wanted to pass the parameter file as context variable and to create a context metadata from the same parameter file, is it Possible?

Define a context variable to identify your context file, for example name it "contextFile".

Set the value for this variable into the context group where it is defined.

Then go to the Job pannel, then Extra, untick "Use Project Settings", tick "Implicit ContextLoad", tick "From File" then enter context.contextFile into the field "From File".

I too made till this solution but my concern is how to save it to metadata.

So you want to upgrade your project's metadata with an external file? I'm afraid this is not possible.
However, this is a strange request as it is much more efficient to maintain context values from out side the Studio as explain in m'y previous answer.
