Applying Formula on excel files

I am new to Talend.

I just wanted to know if we can apply formulas on excel files using talend.

No, you can't apply an Excel workbook formula (e.g. SUM, AVERAGE) using Talend; however, you can open an Excel file using tFileInputExcel, then use other components such as tMap to process the file, and then save it.
