Calculate a total by year

Hi all !
I have a 2 tables that contains informations about population in different parts of Europe in 2011 and 2015,
I want to transfer the total sum of each table to one table that contains only Year and Tolal population,

NB: The year must be obtained from an other table that contains every analyse I'm doing about Europe + the analyse year.

I tried to get a result that looks like this:
Year Total_pop

2011 119492763

2015 121453365
But sadly I'm not getting any result.

Actually, I'm new to this software, I don't know what I'm using exactly.
At fisrt, I thought I'm only gonna use the tMap and the functions inside it but it seems to be a lot of work to do.
