how to transform data having same id.

Hi Team,
we are stuck at one point below are the requirement. i have table having 3 column namely(sso,id,output) and we need to transform those column and put the records in third column that is output. how can we do this in talend.
example are below-->
sso,id-----output
1234,XV--->PL17
1235,PL17-->PL17
1234,PL17--->PL17
1239,XV-->XV

if same sso has both id values(PL17 || XV) then we need to populate PL17 in output column.

pls help me out to resolve the issue . thanks in advance.
