problem with "Migration Check" feature in TAC.

Hello team,
I wanted to migrate my application from 5.6.1 to 6.2.1. I followed the guide as shown in the link . However, when I do so, I always get the projects that are created in 6.2.1 and not of 5.6.1
Can you please let me know what's causing this issue and how to solve it?
