Issue: "Network is unavailable, please fix it"

Hello Talend Experts,
i am getting this issue after installing Talend tool whenever i am trying to install the JAR file.
"Network is unavailable, please fix it."
I already given Port and Proxy address but it's not working .
Please help to to resolve this issue.

Hi,
Your network is Ok with you? Have you tried to turn off virus protection?
What's the jar you are missing? Did this issue repro on some specific jar file or all jar files?

Hi,
I also facing the same issue.
Network is unavailable. please fix it.
I am missing all the jars in the modules panel, while trying to download, the issue persists.
I set my java environment to 8 only.
And i changed my SSH2 home path to "TOS_DI-20160704_1411-V6.2.1\plugins\org.talend.designer.components.localprovider_6.2.1.20160704_1411\components\tSSH"
still facing the issue after restarting the tool also.
can you please help out guys??

I am facing a similar issue. I have already downloaded the jar file I need. It is not showing up when I click on the green arrow to update the jar link. Please help.

Is your net work Ok with you? Are you behind proxy?
Did you follow up document: TalendHelpCenter:Install external modules to install your needed jar file? More information will be helpful for us to address your issue.
