Hi All,

I know this is know topic in forum. I am totally new and want to understand on specified subject.

I am using tpop3 component.

Host: mail.ema.com

Port: 110

User Name and Password provided.

Used protocol - POP3

Use SSL is unchecked.

My mail server is in Office 365. Now when i run am getting below error massages -

javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: Command is not valid in this state.

Can any one me guide me on this ?

Your problem is on authentication.
Is your server configured to allow pop3 without ssl?
Did you succeed connecting the server using pop3 form outlook or tunderbird?

Yes, when i open 365 outlook ,am able to POP3 information.

Here my doubt coming on SSL and TLS , on 365 its saying Encryption method: TLS

It will work ?

so you need encryption ssl tsl are two versions of the same thing.
check ssl and try!
