Always I am Getting Talend Integrity Check when i create new version of Job Kindly Help!

i working on a project contain around 100 jobs and we are using GIT .When i creating a new version of job Integrity Check is performed for more than 1 to 2 hr. can anyone tell me the logic behind it and how can avoid this.

A quick query. Are you connecting to GIT directly instead of taking a local copy of GIT and working?
