topic DASD file in Talend Studio

Hi everyone,
I'm totally lost here. I have a file with .DASD.V2, it's a direct access storage device (mainframe).
I want to extract the data from this file into the db table.
My concern is do I need to change the file format into something else like txt or delimited file or can I extract it directly?
What components should I use? FileInputEBCDIC?
Your help is very much appreciated!

Sorry I have nothing useful found for this file format. Do you have a description of this format?
Adding a new format as file input component is not that rocket science if you are familiar with Java.
If you provide an description I would do this.
