&lt;BR /&gt;Are you local cluster and TAC on different server? Could you please indicate on which build version you got this issue?
&lt;BR /&gt;Could you please take a look at this jira issue:

      <description>Resolved it, TAC and local server were on the same cluster.
&lt;BR /&gt;Added this property in JVM parameters:
&lt;BR /&gt;
