Hi,
i have a job which copies some files from one location to another, it works fine on windows with source directory as windows and destination also as windows. But when i extract the job scripts to a linux server ,keeping the source directory as windows and target directory as the linux server and run the shell file job.sh , it jus comes out giving no errors neither are the files copied.
Please let me know the possible solutions for this.
Note:No mount point of the windows location is created on the linux server.
--Thanks and Reagrds,

Hi
Is it possible to access that windows shared location from linux server? Try to set a UNC path, see
http://www.talendforge.org/bugs/view.php?id=15485
or try to use the ftp components to download the files into Linux server and then set a Linux path.
Best regards
Hello sodeb
This topic was rather old. The URL pointed to the old bugtracker system has been closed, now Talend have migrated to
Jira for project management. If you have a similar problem about this subject, I would like you to open a new topic.
