Hi
To run Talend Open studio or execute Talend job script, it requires SUN JDK 1.5 or higher version. For other hardware requirement, see:

And, Can a 'Business user' run the telend integration on their own with NO IT involvement?

Absolutely, he only need to execute the job script by clicking on the .bat file on windows or execute the .sh file on Linux platform.

Hello All,
Ours is a SaaS company we are currently serving some of our ETL requirements with our inhouse and another ETL solution. Our current solution works well and we preferred this as it has very minimal client installation footprint. Very lightwight and it actually encapsulates all the data transformation logic. If we want to take advantage of Talend Open studio or Integration express what will be the client side install requirements ? And, Can a 'Business user' run the telend integration on their own with NO IT involvement?
Thanks,
