How to implement tSQLDWHBulkExec component?

Our source data is coming from Salesforce and want to load into SQL Azure Database.

When we try to connect tSalesforceInput to tSQLDWBulkExec, it doesn't allow us to do that.

Can someone let me know what are the steps in the job creation to use tSQLDWBulkExec in my scenario. Our company prefers that we use tSQLDWBulkExec component to faster load into the Azure database.

I am not able to find tSQLDWHBulkExec in any documentation ? Which Talend version are you using ? Using my experience from Salesforce components , you can't connect tSalesforceInput and tSQLDWHBulkExec directly. Either first write the extract in a file and use tSQLDWHBulkExec or find some component like tSQLDWHOutputBulkExec that you can directly connect to tSalesforceInput.
