running job from EC2 server

I have my code ready and i have created context variables in my Local.

I have to run a job via TAC and it will be running from EC2 job server.Right now i am getting the data from S3 and storing it to my local machine and then loading the files into Oracle DB.But when i push my code to git and run it from there,my Local paths go in vain.

So now i wanted to create folders from my job into Ec2 server and run the job so that my job will run successfully.

How to go ahead with that?Using context variable or anything? Please guide me if you know about this scenario
