tLDAPConnection failed to connect

Hello,

I've to make a talend job with a connection to our LDAP.

If i tried to connect through programming langage as C# using DirectoryEntry it works great. I use Active Directory Explorer with host and a user name and password and I can navigate.

But If I try to connect with the component in Talend it returns an Error code 49/52e even if it's the right user and password. I tried other software looking the same way to connect to AD like with "Gower ldapbrowser" or "JXplorer" and I still have the same error.

Does someone know or had the same issue ?
