Hi everybody,
I need to extract specific lines from a txt file. Is there a component that let me give it the start words and the end words to extract text??

Hi Regers,
Pl explain your scenario in details to narrow down the problem definition...
How ever, you can use String handling (index) routine to identify start and end position of your text and extract text between those positions.
Refer last message from https://community.talend.com/t5/Design-and-Development/Talend-Java-string-manipulation-for-Find-or-Search/td-p/111398 as a sample example.

Thanks for your answer, but I'm using talend from few days, so I'm not so good..
Can you please explain better in which component I should check StringHandiling??

Please put a screenshot and contents of actual file to extract data...
Else this is like hitting the target with the closed eyes...

Hi,
I've some problems with the login... I'm registered but when I try to login, after insert my own username and password, it do anything...
anyway I've got a simple txt file, with some empty lines, but just a txt file...
