Talend HL7: How can we have multiple Insurance segments(IN1) in HL7 message?

I need to generate HL7 message with 5 insurances. How can I achieve this? In Talend I'm able to generate only IN1, IN2, and IN3.

Message type: DFT^P03

Version: 2.6

If I set IN1 as repeatable element, getting following error:
