Hi All,
I've got an issue with a Talend job that writes data to a MS SQL Server 2008 R2 database. (I'm running TOS 3.2.0 on Win XP)
The job works fine until I change the Action on table to 'Drop table if exists and create' for the target table. The job will start and run but when it tries to write the data via the output link, the job will just sit there and do nothing. It does not return any errors.
If I run the drop and recreate from SQL Managment studio directly it works fine, so I don't think it is a permission issue. I login via Windows Authentication in Managment Studio and in Talend the username and password fields are blank which I assume means that Talend also uses Windows Authentication.
I'm grateful for any suggestion from the forum members as to what I can try to solve this issue.
