can anyone tell me, how to import Apache Avro files (as datasource) with Open Studio for Data Integration or Big Data?

Is there an existing component?

Depend - what You what to do?

Talend Open Studio for Big Data support AVRO as source file format for some component like tHiveLoad or tImpalaLoad, tRedshiftBulkExec

this components standalone, You can check documentation about them

as dedicated component like tAvro it not present

Spark jobs have a tAvroInput component available, that should address your requirements.
