Excel file consumed by Talend Open Studio for Data Integration

Greetings everyone, I am new to this Talend and I hope someone can help me out here.

I have imported one of my excel files from my Desktop into the Talend. When I go looking for the file on my Desktop, it is not there anymore. It seems like the file has been "consumed" by Talend.

Please help me to recover my file.

What's your OS? We don't have this issue in V 7.2.1. Can you please clarify in which Talend version/edition you are?

Did you follow up this documentation to centralize your excel file metadata in the Repository for easy reuse?
