topic .Dbf files how to read it ? in Talend Studio

I am blocking on .dbf files because there is no component on talend which allows to open them apparently you have to use an ODBC connection to point to the files and then after a tdb to read them but the problem is that there is no connection parameter for the pointing gold on the .dbf file so here is my problem. I'm looking for a solution to read the files via Talend and load them afterwards on Oracle?
