Parameter and dynamic file name in TFILEFETCH

hello i have a concern since a while ago below the screenshot

I have a job that downloads a data stream using the https protocol and the POST method, which saves it in a directory under the file name popo.csv
the query takes as parameter:
- password
- nickname
- date

I would like to :

- The name of the file is variable (either: name of the file + in the previous day)
example: for the file of 20200204 the file either save popo_20200203.csv
- the date parameter is variable (when the job is executed, the date = date of the previous day)
example: if the job is executed on 20200204 the date parameter must be 20200203.
