How to establish connection to Zendesk?

Just started using Talend open studio and would like to get details on how to connect to Zendesk Sandbox and production environment, to read and update the ticket and requester info.

Thanks for the info. Actually I'm trying to built the connection string to Zendesk environment,in Talend Studio, but not sure about the specifics of drivers and other settings that will be required to built the connection string.

There is no documentation on this regard, I 'm able to find anywhere so far.
