I have a developers key. The WSDL is a local file which I have and the test url of&nbsp;<A href="https://wwwcie.ups.com/webservices/Rate" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://wwwcie.ups.com/webservices/Rate</A>.<BR />&nbsp; I was trying to use the tSoap Component but have been unsuccessful.
