send json to webservice using SOAP

Hello,

I am quit new in rest and soap area. I have one scenario, how to implement I don't understand.

I have one input file, which I validate against some business rules and after I am creating a JSON file. Now I wanted to send that JSON file(which is continue one string formatted in json format) to webservice.

I have webservice link which is seems like WSDL when I opened that link into browser. having some binding name, operation name, port type name.

I am trying to implement solution, but I am not heading towards any solution. I don't know how to implement this.

Is there any step by step guide or someone implemented such solution, help me here.
