Which server do you run your Talend Enterprise on: Windows, Linux, other
We are running on Windows, but are debating moving to Linux.

Talend support both windows and Linux server, please see this compatible platforms page: https://help.talend.com/search/all?query=Compatible+Platforms&content-lang=en
It mainly depends on your hardware. Usually, we develop a job on Windows server and run a job on Linux.
