Hi,
Are you looking for copybook metadata TalendHelpCenter:Centralizing Copybook metadata?
Note: the Copybook/EBCDIC metadata wizard is a deprecated feature. The EBCDIC handling capabilities are now fully supported by Talend Data Mapper (TDM) that comes with any Talend Platform solutions.

Does this mean copybook mapping is now in the Open versions too? Last time I looked at the feature, it was only in the Enterprise versions:
