Unhandled event loop exception (Java Heap space)

Hi,
I am getting the captioned error while trying to open a job in any of my existing projects.
When i click on ok i get the below pop up window. Can someone please help urgently ?

I have also set the below values in my Talend Preferences, but still i get the same error.

Have you already checked component reference about:TalendHelpCenter:tFileInputMSPositional?

yes I gone thorough it. But still I was not clear how to use this functionality in the design. thanks
