I need to pad with zeros if required length of the field is not met.<BR />I am trying to find out the number of records in the file.. If the length is not 8, I need to add preceding zeros.<BR />2. I need to pad with empty spaces to the string field to make it fixed length format in the report.<BR />If the length of the string is not 30, then I need to do the right padding with spaces and need to check if the field value is coming or not also..
