I tried to create thdfsconnection with mapr but it gives error "Connection failure.you must change the HDFS setting"
Cannot connect to HDFS ""maprfs:///10.0.1.27:9100"". Please check the connection parameters.
please tell me setting of NameNode URI for maprfs in talend thdfsconnection.

Could you please take a look at component reference about: TalendHelpCenter:tHDFSConnection to check your connection parameters to see if it is Ok with you?

I gone through thdfsconnection component but it is not working for mapr cluster connection

Did you install mapr client on the machine where you are running studio and run configure.bat/sh command? This is a pre-requisite for mapr.
Once you have installed mapr client just use maprfs:/// in the namenode properties.
