how do I make tFTPget work ?

Hello !
I'm trying to simply use tFTPGet to get a file, but whatever I change in the settings, I can't seem to be able to make it work.
In the best of case, the job runs and stops and nothing happens.
Can somebody please explain to me clearly what I need to do to copy my file test.txt on my computer ?
Here are the details about my current job : I only have one tFTPGet on my job and its settings are :
- Local directory : "D:\""
- Remote directory : "/home/Log/"
- Transfer mode : ascii
- Append checked
- SFTP Support unchecked
- Filemask : "test.txt"
Please help me, I've already lost a lot of time on this.

Hi,
Try with the following Local directory : "D:/"
In talend every Windows filepath need to be written with / character and not \ character.

Thank you very much for your answer, unfortunately it's still not working... any other piece of advice ?
tFTPPut works just fine, I don't understand why tFTPGet doesn't work...

Hello
Which version of TOS are you using? Make sure there exist a file test.txt on your ftp server. Can you upload a screenshot of tFTPGet compoent?

I'm using TOS Version 3.0.3.
I checked for the file on my ftp server and it is there, waiting to be copied on my computer.
Here is my screenshot, let me know if you need other screenshots to understand what problem there could be.

I checked it works fine on my local machine and can't find any reason from your job. Maybe you have the same problem in 5609?

I've changed the FTP server and now it's working. I don't know why but it won't work with my previous FTP server.
