      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;I am working design model for encryption framework. Here I need to encrypt certain columns of certain csv files residing at a local drive.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;Can we achieve this scenario using tDataEncrypt?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
