Passing credentials to TAC through a component in Talend

Hi ,

I need to pass the credentials to TAC console through a component in Talend job. Is there any possible solution.

Actually, I am able to run the job successfully from Talend Studio. But, when I publish the job to TAC job conductor, I am facing an issue "Access is denied".

Is there any way to pass the user credentials to TAC?

Can I know what credentials you want to pass to TAC? Can you explain your scenario in detail what you want to achieve?

Hi,

I am newbie for Talend.

I have created a job and wanted to execute it on TAC. When I run the job in TAC console, I am getting "Access is denied" issue. So, I defaulted my network credentials in TAC as a temporary escape. So, my requirement is to pass the network credentials to TAC console in the job itself.

Is there any possible way or any other better approach to achieve my requirement?

Hi,

Are you telling about network credential or credential for a component used in Talend job like DB user id and password?

Now if your requirement is just modifying the values before running a job, you can pass these values in TAC tasks as per details in below link.
