TMAP - Get custom fields from Salesforce automatically

Hey there,
I have to do some extensive mapping of some huge Queries to Salesforce.
But in the Tmap component I cant find any option to also get the custom-objects from Salesforce.
Is there a possibility or maybe a workaround ? I'd rather prefer NOT to add all custom fields manually since I have to do a lot of mappings.
Hope somebody can help.

Hi
It is impossible to map automatically the custom fields on tMap, you need to link manualy the fields from input row to output table and select 'Object' as data type.

Yeah got it.
I actually found waht i was searching for, under:
Metadata > Salesforce > SpecificConn > Retrieve Salesforce modules
But one other question would be:
Unmapped Variables in Tmap are overritten in SF with null, as I understood it. Is there any possibility to disable it, so I could leave the SF fields still in the mapping? ( So I don't have to do the remapping or manually add the fields, when my mapping "grows" )
