Talend Tutorials and Talend by Example

Hi,
I am new to Talend and want to learn it.
Are there any good books other than user guide provided by Talend?
They seemed to be not so effective for new people.
Is there anything in talend as Oracle has provided OBE (Oracle By Examples) ?
Any pointers regarding this would be helpful.

You can refer to TalendHelpCenter on which many useful resources providing tips and tricks about how to use Talend products are already available online.
Talend Official Tutorials
If you have any issue and difficulty in talend product, feel free post your issue on forum.
