What is the purpose of "Create Join Table from" in tMap component and also provide me some tutorials to know about its purpose.

A joined output gets the same schema as the real output component and add its output to the real output. This way you can easily made an normalization (use different columns for the same output column based on conditions).
Therefore the joined output is not visible outside the tMap.
